Made for paper boat press by the lovely Zoe from Confetti Cake Co. in Dayboro, QLD, these delicious gingerbread biscuits are also a delight to look at.
Echoing the design from our 'repeat the sounding joy' ceramic Christmas bird, the biscuit has a fondant top that features a leaf imprint and the word peace.
As always, these biccies have been taste-tested (multiple times) by the paper boat press team to ensure they are indeed as moreish as ever.
This design is also available in a vanilla sugar cookie.
