We are so thrilled to offer handmade and blown glass baubles by South Australian artist Emma Young.

We have been working with Emma all year to create a limited edition collection exclusively for paper boat press and our Christmas offering. The ornaments are all handblown and made one by one in the JamFactory glass studio in SA.

Each ornament has been delicately signed by hand etching on the base with EYG x PBP.

Measures approximately:  9 cm - 10 cm

Each ornament comes with an ivory ribbon for hanging and a box for storing.

About Emma: Adelaide glass blower and designer Emma Young uses vivid colours in forms that serve both function and aesthetic, showing pride and affection for unique Australian experiences. Emma completed a Bachelor in Visual Arts specialising in Glass at the University of South Australia, mentored by Gabriella Bisetto among many other local artists, and was offered an integral learning opportunity in 2015 with a scholarship to the renowned Pilchuck Glass School in Seattle, USA.

After completing the two year training program at iconic craft and design institution, the Jam Factory, Emma now works out of the Adelaide glass studio there, exploring different techniques with each new developing work. Emma’s artwork frequently features in local and national art prizes, as well as exhibiting in many group exhibitions every year. Her artwork can be found in galleries and gift shops throughout South Australia, select Australian cities and online.
