The brass-handled Mino ware tea pot is a beautiful representation of traditional Japanese design, modernised and refined for our daily lives.
The crisp edge of earthenware body, which sits at the midpoint of the pot, is a reference to the shape customarily found on iron kettles made in the Tohoku region of Japan.
The black and white glazes have a smooth surface, complementing the subtle texture and shine of the brass handle.
Created in a Gifu prefecture studio, which has been producing ceramic work for over 150 years.
A removable stainless steel strainer is included.
Please note: this is a handmade item and any imperfections are part of the beauty that is handmade.
