Shipping policy

We ship via Australia Post. Regular $12.00, and Express $15.00.

Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (with the exception of personalised orders or items that state a required lead time).

You will be sent a parcel tracking number via email or SMS when your parcel has shipped.

As most products are ceramic, items will be packed with kraft honeycomb protective paper wrap and additional padding to ensure a safe arrival. We use recycled materials wherever possible.

We also offer in store pick-up. No shipping will be applied. We will be in touch when your order is ready to be collected. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International postage can be quite expensive, so please email us for a quote if you can't see your country/region listed. shop@paperboatpress.com

We will do our best to find the least expensive form of shipping for the package size and weight.
