These cylindrical cups were crafted by Keigo and Chiaki Sakata in their home studio in Kizugawa, Japan, and we feel privileged to bring their work to paper boat press.
Each piece is individually carved or pressed with slip inlay, creating dramatic geometric dark brown and white patterns. Every piece is unique, yet shares a signature graphic style.
